Step1: Click
Windows menu and open Windows Firewall.
Step2: Now select Advanced
Settings and Right-click Inbound Rules
Step3: Select
here the New Rule and Select Program then press Next.
Step4: Now select This
Program Path, then Browse to Navigate the file location
Step5: Select here
Next and click to Allow the Connection, then Next.
Step6: If
prompted, make sure all profiles are marked, then select Next.
Step7: Now give
the rule a name, then select Finish.
Step8: Repeat here
the steps above for the Outbound Rules.
